CONTACTING THE POLICE
  Police Station Blue Lamp
THERE ARE THREE POLICE STATIONS IN MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT
THEY ARE:-
If instead of visiting a police station you would prefer to use the telephone please use the numbers shown below.   If you would like to send an e mail or telephone message direct to your Local Police Officer you can do so using the contact details shown on the page relating to your Local Policing Team.   You can reach that page by using the "Your Police Team" button on the left of this page. A message sent in this way will be picked up on the next occasion that a member of the team comes on duty. You can also e mail to the Public Service Desk (see details below). Just because the public counter at a Police Station is not open it does not mean that the police station is not in use or that you cannot contact the police.

If you do use the telephone please remember:-
In an emergency ALWAYS dial 999 directly yourself without going via your Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator (you can inform them later if you wish).
Click on the "Emergencies"
button on the left to see more information about police response to emergencies.

West Mercia Police have undertaken to provide members of Neighbourhood Watch with "feed back" if they have called the Police with information, using 999 or 0300 333 3000.
All members who tell the call taker that they are part of Neighbourhood Watch (either as a scheme co-ordinator OR a scheme member) will be contacted by their local policing team (either their Local Police Officer, or Community Support Officer) and provided with an update on the result of the incident.

If you want this "feed back" please ensure that you tell the call taker that you are part of Neighbourhood Watch when reporting an incident. If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment there is a system of contacting the police using "Text Messaging".   To see details of this system please click the box below.

In the event of a non-urgent incident etc. either relay the information to your Neighbourhood Watch Scheme Co-ordinator for them to pass on to the Police, leave a message for your Local Policing team as described above or call in directly yourself, on
O300 333 3000
When the switchboard answers, ask to be put through to the Call Centre to report an incident. Neighbourhood Watch Scheme Coordinators should also use this number when calling incidents in to the Police.  When reporting an incident ask for an incident number.   If you have occasion to call back on a later occasion with reference to the same incident please quote the incident number as this will assist the Call Centre to quickly establish which incident you are calling about.

E MAIL CONTACT
